So I am writing this as my first blog post on my new site. I have done sites before. Some good, some suck, some meh. I am not a web developer, I am not a influencer, and to quote Charles Barkley (when he actually played basketball) I am not a Role Model. I am a person who have a lot of thoughts, opinions, and may post those here from time to time. This site will be more of a place for random thoughts than anything commercial. The posts will be inconsistent, they will be all over the place and that is OK from my perspective. I don't really care if 1 person reads this or 10 million. This is for me.
Which takes me to why I am hosting here at neocities. It is more like a community, that I remember back in the late 80's and 90's when I was using FidoNet and bbs's. Still remember the Star Trek NG discussions. I am also a sucker for weird and interesting sites which Neocities does have a bunch of them. I know some people don't like them, but honestly I think they are great. The internet has become so polished, commoditized, commercialized, we need some weirdness again.
OK, enough of my musings maybe I will post tomorrow or a month from now.
